Há quem gaste mais palavras para falar disso, e bem o faz; no entanto fugirei à regra: procuro ser mesmo simplista, especialmente numa tarde de segunda-feira. Pensando no que escrevi uns posts atrás, sobre já ter usado blusa com estampa do Che há uns anos, lembrei-me de um outro fato igualmente pejorativo. A fase blusas-de-banda-de-rock. Você sabe, aquelas pretas. Bom, ainda hoje tenho uma do Pearl Jam, mas hoje prezo um certo grau de sutileza inexistente outrora. Eu era um rebelde – um rebelde esteta. Como a maioria, não tinha uma causa. Gostava de incomodar, chamar a atenção, sem quaisquer justificativas. Gostava de ser barrado na porta da escola na qual cursei o ensino médio, só para ter motivos para discutir com o porteiro. E, sim, eu era bom em discussões nessa época. Era a aurora da minha vida literária (oh!) e eu gastava o verbo, fazia citações a esmo, só para impressionar. E usava blusas de bandas obscuras, pouco conhecidas; sempre pretas. Minhas calças jeans tinham buracos em ambos os joelhos. Era estilo. No pescoço, penduricalhos ridículos, sem o menor fundamento. Em tempos de frio, blusas de flanela. Era década de 90 e isso era moda; o xadrez, o all star, a coisa toda. E hoje penso “como a idiotice é necessária!”, como ela nos faz ter algum orgulho quando olhamos pra trás. Quem nunca foi idiota, continua idiota sempre.
E é claro que daqui a uns 10 anos vou ler estas linhas e pensar “que parvo!”
Eu usava uns três cordões, no primeiro ano: dois do Iron Maiden (enormes de pesados) e uma cruz invertida. Uma vez, uma menina me chamou e perguntou, olhando pra cruz:
- Tu é ateu, é?
Eu, que não tinha poser pride nem nada, respondi:
- Não, não: é só porque é legal mesmo.
- Ah, tá.
Me sentindo completamente estúpido, deixei todos os cordões em casa no outro dia. Idiotice é necessária, sim, fuck yeah.

É divertido olhar para trás e vermos o que fizemos. A evolução, nesses casos, é infinitamente melhor do que vermos líderes mundiais contradizendo suas próprias histórias. Todos vão dizer que estao evoluindo, mas em quem acreditar?

O lay out ficou muito bom. Eu gosto de ter camisetas de show ao qual assisti ao vivo. Melhor foi quando fomos ver o Bob Dylan e um montão de camelôs vendia camisetas a cinco dólares cada uma. Isso foi muito legal. Camiseta de show custa sempre de 15 a 25 dólares.
Ué, a camiseta diz: este é o artista de quem gosto e eu fui.
